Robert, these guys are a little rough on you, but what they say holds true. The collectability and availabilty of these trucks now dictates that a good original will bring a lot better money than a modified. And if a modification is done poorly, it will bring tears to a purists eyes. When a truck is modified, it will either enhance or detract from the value of the truck, and only in the eye of a prospective buyer, can that judgement be made. If the truck needs paint and interior work, it tells the prospective buyer that more money needs to be dumped into the project to bring it up to snuff. Its better that you keep your expectations on price, a little more modest. Sam
