Hi,

I have been a PW fan for as long as I can remember, along with several other dodge products. I have a question that has been puzzling me for quite some time now and the answer is on the tip of my tongue, but I can never manage to retrieve it.

A while back I had a book with the history of the pickup truck up to 1986. There was an entire section on the 42-68 Power Wagons and the book went into depth so far as to give all the indivudal names this great truck was manufactured under. I think there were something like 5 in all... there was Plymouth, Dodge, and DeSoto, but I know it was manufactured under another now-defunct name that dodge owned, but I can't recall it for the life of me. I remember it was 5 letters, as I remember thinking that a 5 letter name would fit in the same mounting holes on the front as DODGE would. But that's where my memory stops... and if anyone can supply me with the other name it was manufactured under, I'd be greatly appreciative.

Please direct any info to the email brooksjasen@hotmail.com, as I may not come back to this forum for a while(found it by accident, may not have the same accident twice ;))

Sincerely,
