This particular development has been around for 10+years and now I'm the 14th home out of 32 home sites. The unused home sites are still producing hay. We couldn't find a home (with neighbors for my wife) that would allow me to put in the shop (darn zoning/restrictions). Until we get some reality back into government and some of the other development issues resolved in cities the population will continue to move out. However the recent cost of oil could be what starts changing the movement?
