One way tom improve the flow a bit on the stock manifolds is to taek a dye grinder and enlarge all the openings. take a manifold gasket and tape it to the manifold and start grinding the inside of the ports mainly on the top of the port because that is where the eshaust pressure is greatest. go in as far as you can. The take the gasket (which is now a bit larger and tape it to the head and dye grind the eshaust ports to match the new port size you made on the manifold. You can also open up the outlet of the manifold with the dye grinder as well.
