Dylan,
I've got a 1210 LockRight (new in box) that I'm not going to install. We took my rear differential apart to install the LockRight and found that it had a "Lincoln Locker" already in place, so back together it went. I have owned the truck for a long time and am embarassed to admit that I didn't realize it was locked (dirt roads only).
My understanding is that your side gears have to be in good shape for the LockRight to perform well. The ARB lockers are, by far, a superior set-up, so if you can afford it, order the ARB.
Contact me offline if you're interested in the 1210 for $300.
