freeing a stuck motor

What penetrants have you guys used on stuck motors.?I have read to use diesel fuel, ATF, Marvel Mistery oil and just about every penetrating oil made. The diesel seems the least expensive route. What works. If this motor turns it just may be a rebuild candidate .
