Keith,

Thanks. With the hanging pedals designed for a 1.4" master stroke, are the steel masters designed with the same stoke?

My concern there would be if the stock master cylinder is designed for a 5/8" stroke on a 1.125" bore while the after market set up is designed for a 1.4" strike on a 3/4" bore they would both deliver the same basic volume of fluid for operation.

Not knowing the stoke stoke of the Master Cylinder either, I asked if anyone knew the designed stroke of the slave to see if I was moving it enough.

I do agree that the steel would be better than the aluminum, and I did too little research on the hanging pedal kit regarding it's master cylinders while over concentrating on it's pedal design/spacing and booster capability.

When I started tearing down the donor truck I looked at removing the hanging pedals, but it was the dead of winter and too little room/heat in the garage, and wasn't sure it would even fit, so I didn't. Wish I had now. I still have the donor, it's just 600 miles from me right now, so I can't even measure it's master stroke travel to see if the is 5/8" or greater.

Thanks,
Will
