The Saginaw Power Steering Box MUST be reverse rotation. Turn the input shaft Clockwise (steering wheel) and the output shaft turns CCW. Without reverse rotation, you steer right, you will actually go left.

72 to 77 W series Dodges used this box. With the Dodge Box, you can use your existing pitman arm. Also GM used a reverse rotation Saginaw Box in the 90's. However the output spline/size is different and you wont be able to use the OEM dodge pitman arm. I found a 66 Caddy pitman arm worked well with the GM Box on my M37. It 'looks' like this might be a good choice for a PW also.
