Weld the cracks, it's rust that kills the deal

I sure wish I only had cracks to contend with. 5 patchs in the doors, at least 3 in the skin of the cab, plus I dunno how many to make the floor functional- 3-5, or one BIIIIGGG one? But it has an awesome cowl/roof seam.

I guess it filled with leaf litter, making corrosive tea? All the rust is down low, except one door that must have been partially open and caught leave litter on the top, needed the top/inner section replaced.

And that's the cab I bought, other one was worse, plus bad roof seam, plus worse fatigue. Plus rotten drain aroung the vent. But Dan H wanted it for the sections to improve a fire truck cowl. So I wheeled and dealed.

Check for cracked welds at the top of the windshield opening too. I notice mine was brazed there previously

Then, put new rubber body mounts on, and shim to clear the frame, to prevent some fatigue down the road.
