Our local festival here is the “Magnolia Blossom Festival” and along with it we have the “World Championship Steak Cook-off”. There were 43 grill teams that grilled 3900 ribeye steaks. The parade of cookers and grill teams was nearly two hours long. I was fortunate to be at the first part of the bunch with the PW. The Food Network, “Food Challenge” was here filming so be looking for the Power Wagon in an upcoming episode. The antique, classic, and custom car show had over 75 cars and the PW got the MOPAR award. We just had a great time and a good steak!
