Back in the territorial days of Arizona the inmates had to build the prison. I would think that is a good idea. And we wouldn't have to worry to much about people running cause it's hot down in the Sonora Desert. I sure wish that people would wake up to the fact that criminals don't have rights any more. They gave them up when the crime was commited. So I agree with Norm lets build a wall but lets make the criminal class do it. They can make adobe bricks out of the dirt and water from the colorado river and our cost would be minimal. It's sounding better all the time. We need to put together a proposal and send it to washington.
