I've used sta-bil before and it worked like a charm. But it has to be put in before you store not after. Another option if you can't siphon out remove the hose from the pump to the carb and get a longer hose that can drape over the side of the truck and into a gas can on the ground. Remove the coil and set it on the front seat then hook up a battery charger to the battery and use the starter to pump the bad gas out of the tank with the fuel pump that is already on the block. Or go buy a electric fuel pump (aftermarket of course) and splice it into the line close to the tank and turn on your power and allow it to drain you tank. You can pick up a after market low volume fuel pump for about 30 bucks. when the tank is empty. I would recommend that you put 91 octane or better and a feel additive at the recommended rate like 1 bottle per every ten gallons. Run it that way for about 5 full tanks or 100 gallons which ever comes first and that should clear all the muck out of your lines and fuel pump. Most important replace the filter before you start this whole process and then replace it again after the 100 gallons has purged through your lines. I did this to a chebby my brother was resurrecting it sat for 6 years and had 9 gallons of old gas that turned into varnish we did the electric pump thing and after the 100 gallons of fuel the only other problem he had was replacing the mechanical pump cauuse it had gone bad while it sat also we left the electric pump inline and now when ever the dummy runs out of gas he turns on the electric pump and it primes the mechanical one (He now has a dash mounted switch for the electric pump he runs out of gas so often.) so I hope this helps. let us know
