W-200 tie rod end

Anybody have part number for passenger side tie rod end. I found a moog ES393R ( it is stamped "4004 problem solver", which is what is stamped on existing end also). the ES393R is same in all respects except it has course thread. I need tie rod end with a fine thread which appears to be 3/4 inch diameter. It is a dana 44 axel, but not sure if this tie rod assembly had been swapped from something else. Thanks for the help
