Bruce, I took out 20 of those with no problem. I used 2 forklifts, but you can improvise. One forklift with forks on the outer edge of tire to hold it down. Wrap a chain around one side of the run flat and hook to a fork on the other forklift. Spray the runflat and tire good with soapy water, armorall, anything to make it slippery and pull it out.
