Eric, your image looks like a passenger side channel, though something looks a little odd with the frontmost part of the slide channel. Maybe just the cammera angle.
Enclosed here is an image of the drivers side window that I took out of my WDX (83903787). As you can see, the slide channel is towards the rear (left side in image) and the regulator mechanisms in that truck were correct for vent type windows. The parts manuals show that both window regulators changed at serial number 83901890. After that point, regulators were the same regardles of whether they were pushing full windows or vent type windows.
