I seem to remember Clint Dixon commenting once about the majority of the non vent window regulators he had seen were the same as the wing vent window style.

He seemed to think that after a certain point (maybe post war?) all the trucks got the same regulators.

This might mean that the channel you showed is for 39-45 or 39-46 trucks, and the 47 and up trucks got the one I pictured.
