Per 2000 census Hispanic is 12 8 % of the population, how many votes are the politicians really going to loose. This is the very reason that the word democracy is never mentioned in the US Constitution. So that we don’t have mob rule, to bad everyone forgot that and is worried about the squeaky wheel. So all the rest of the US 70+% white and 12.3 % black and the very small percentage of other are now taking backseat to the mob.
