If you have any trouble with the brakes locking up, and there's plenty of slop in the pushrod, double-check the MC to make sure the relief port isn't clogged. I had rebuilt the MC on my M37, but after setting several years without use, the port clogged up again with rust, and the brakes would seize up after a couple of applications. I was hesitant to drill it out, not knowing what size the hole was supposed to be, and I couldn't unclog it with a very fine wire, so I plugged the main port and filled the reservoir with muriatic acid and let it soak overnight. Of course this was with the MC stripped down, and I washed it thoroughly afterwards. After I got it unclogged, I checked the relief port size and as I recall it took either an #72 drill or a #72 torch tip cleaner, I can't remember which. In any case it was much, much smaller than 1/16".
