Before going down to pick it up last week I called to make sure that the man would be there to help. He told me where it was and that he would be able to help me. Well I told him that they must have moved it cause the one I looked at wasn't where he described. It turns out that I was looking at "another" W-300 firetruck! They gave me the opportunity to look at the one I gave the winning bid on and that I could get a refund if I didn't want it. It turned out to be in much poorer condition than the one I thought I was bidding on so I backed out.
Long story, wife happy!!
