This was the driest winter in 500 years in Northern AZ, and the wettest year in quite some time for Utah and Colorado, everything went just north of you.
That was my suspicion, there are so many trucks hauling water that I'm trying to find a place that has a water system or is on city water, otherwise it's way deep to drill and way expensive for a dry hole.
