Lead Substitute?

CD-2 Super Concentrated Lead Substitute seems to be the lowest cost product, and lists all the anticipated applications including light, medium, and heavy duty trucks. The container also says, "For Off Road Use Only". My assumption is that this statement is only to protect the manufacturer's liability should the vehicle in which it's used fails an exhaust emission test required as a part of state vehicle inspections. CD-2 did not reply to my 2 emails questioning off road use. ED(LG,NY)
