my dad used to drive for a company that would haul equipment from point a to point b but they aren't in business any more. I would suggest checking the yellow pages in the state the truck resides if none of the other numbers are working you look under equipment transportation as the catagory. There are about 20 or so of them in the phoenix are so I would be willing to guess that you could find a least one in a given state.
