I found it at an ACE hardware store here on the island. 38 bucks a gallon, paint it on with a chip brush and scrape it off with a plastic scraper. I needed to use the plastic scraper so as not to mark the aluminum. To tell you the truth, Andy scraped off the first test spot with a piece of wood, and that worked just as well!
