Dave, On my W200 the "dog leg" bend in the draglink is in the center of the length and is positioned so that the point in the bend "points down". If I swapped it end for end the bend would be installed "sideways" and obviously ( after instalation ) visibly incorrect. I expect your W300 draglink end balljoints are at 90 degrees to eachother like my W200 and the steering box is slightly above the axle, if so I would mount the bend in the draglink with the "point" down, if that's possible. That way the balljoint and draglink tube sits level at the axle and sweeps upward toward the steering box. Keep the tired iron runnin' Ricky ps.
