after a while they get used to things, and it does not bother them much. T he breed was kept going to run with sheep, back when goats were considered junk animals. Predator gets after herd, goat falls, they had their meal while sheep get away. The larger strains of it make a fine meat goat. the condition keeps them from climbing as much on fences, and the contraction and relaxation of the muscles make fine meat.
