In looking at the Ram 2003 Shop manual;
A0 is system 12 volts. This is the main power feed. The IPM ( Intergrated Power Module) for the factory tow package is fuse protected from A0 by 4 fuses (50a, 7.5a, 15a and a 15a). The fuel pump IPM is also protected from A0 with its own fuse protection. Maybe they learned the errors of their ways on the older trucks and now protect all IPM's comming off A0 ?

The wireing system in the Ram 2003 is a nightmare to follow. I like the FFPW's. Wack out all the old wire, add a new fuse/breaker panel and run new wire and its over.
