Clarification:

I'm using gaskets and silicone gasket maker on the flange gaskets, the seal is made of neoprene, and the 90wt is leaking into the wheel bearings and then out to the back of the tire. The new nut is the cone shaped one, but the original was the one that has a wide FLAT surface for the seal to ride on.
