Complete kits to replace all internal spider gears/bronze washers/shafts and pins for caps are about $10+ each on ebay (M37). I would buy two kits and have a ring and pinion shop rebuild the units if you need to replace bearings. You can't replace the front pinnion bearing without removing the diff case and ring gear in order to properly adjust the pinnion shaft bearings preload.
Although the case is .002 smaller than the cap, 1 pin is NOT sufficient to eventually cause you a problem.
