I bought this Fram FA-100-1 set up about a year ago at a swap meet for my 49 Desoto. It came complete as shown with bottom adapter and lid. just take out your element,clean out the oil and install.I just noticed that the application tag shows it fits 1946-1948 Dodge,Plymouth,Chrysler and Desoto cars. I am showing this with the part number so those of you who feel reluctant to gut out you original will know what to look for. Now when it came time time find a new cartridge I went to every parts store in my area and no one could find a match. Well last weekend I went to get parts to tune up my lawn tractor and there was the same size element staring me right in the face. Sorry about the blurry box pic's
