I think this is a scam

I have a truck in the photo classifies and I just got this from this guy Tim. Any other's ever get anything like this

Thanks for your prompt respond. There is nothing much to talk about on this transaction. A certified cashier's check sum of $7,000 will be made payable to you for the cost of your car including the transportation cost which you will forward to the shipping agent as soon as you get the check payment cleared your bank then the process of the pick of the car will follow .
I look forward to hearing from you with the name which the check should be made payable to, the address which the payment should be forwarded to soonest and phone number. So that we may proceed on the transaction without any further delay.
