I know I measured mine when I pulled it apart 2 years ago....can't find it, except for cross memeber layout, which is: looking from the driver side, from front to rear:

1)C section, cut away on bottom to clear frame member

2) C backwards, has mount bolt sleeves

3)hat section five holes to front,

4)hat section with 5 holes to rear, has mount bolt sleeves

5)C section,

6)rear one is the fancy one with the arcs in the bottom. It has mounting bolt sleeves.

Anyways, I counted between the bolt holes on the rear bed cross member, total 6 pcs of wood. The wood goes between the bolts, with a rabbet for the strips.2@ 11 1/2, 4@ 7 1/2. Aand, they need to be 97" long. By 15/16 ths thick. The big bed mounting bolts go through the wood with big, heavy, eccentric washers. A router jig could be the way to cut the countersinks for the washers, during installation.

Do replacement strips come with the square holes to fit the carriage bolts? They should be offset, aren't a couple different hole patterns in the strips neccessary?
