Don Bunn`s book on Dodge pickups (page 168) shows them as RHD.

On other vehicles it was not necessarily the case that they had to be converted to RHD, if it was imported during the war. Depends on where you lived and what they were used for.
If you lived in the city and drove it every day then you would eventually have to change it over. If however you lived in the county regions (specially if you had a farm) you were not generally forced to change it over.
You were not aloud to import vehicles after the war and leave them LHD.Though again there where exceptions. There were some PW`s imported in 51 and 55 that were used for outback exploration work. These were left as LHD vehicles mainly because there were nowhere near any roads let alone towns.
Now of course if it’s over 25 years old it does not matter, you can leave it LHD.
