You can run Michelin 11.00 X 16 tires with plenty of room. They are pushing 39" tall.

Remember if you lift the truck you will need a longer pitman arm to keep the steering geometry. If you do not you will get bump steer. 2 1/2" of lift will give you a good case of bump steer. I know my truck was set up that way when I got it.

In my opinion lift blooks are not the way to go. I consider them unsafe. The best route would be to have a new set of springs made. Do not arch your current springs to give you lift. It will really screw up their ability to work properly and can lead to broken springs. I know my truck had rearched springs when I got it and every spring was broken at the eye with a 2 1/2" lift done through spring rearching. At that lift the swinging spring shackle is in direct line with the length of the spring and it can to swing and it jambs the spring eye and breaks it.
