The Rczeppa is the better joint, it is the one with many balls in a separate cage. Used in all compact front wheel drive cars, for the outer knuckle.
Mr Rczeppa pronounced his name "shipa", I do know a man who met the man.
The older, weaker design is the Bendix-Weiss. It used two 'c' shaped yokes, one on each shaft, with the 4 balls betwen them.
