Looks like the guy chopped up a perfectly good 72 dodge 1 ton to build the PW. I have chopped up 100s of Chevs and Fords but never a Dodge.
I sorta figured a chev is a organ donor- even if it is in perfect shape.
I had some steel that ate up lathe bits. The steel was hardened after I plasma cut it. So I tossed it in the forge ,got it red and let it cool for 8 hours. Now it turns just fine. I am trying to modify some front caliper brackets for the rear disc brake conversion.
Got 2 fenders hammered out to pretty much perfect shape . Fender 3 is progressing nicely. Fender 4 is down right nasty. Some goof fixed it with the round end of a ball peen hammer sometime in it's dark past.
Now all I need to do is figure out how to email pictures.
