If the failure of enforcing external security (foreign intelligence) can be laid firmly at the feet of William Jefferson Clinton (and it can) then the failure of enforcing internal security (immigration laws) can be firmly laid at the feet of George W. Bush.
These two issue's will no doubt in the future converge into the perfect storm and result in a massive attack on U.S. soil.
And we will have no one to blame but ourselves that we refused to defend the ideals of the West in the onslaught of multiculturism.
