The Chev master cylinder in question has a large and small resevoir. The large one is for the front discs because of the fluid volume of discs. The M37 cylinder mounts flat where the WC's are angled. This will reduce the fluid volume in the resevoir somewhat when mounting at an angle. 75-76 Cadillac Eldorados had 4 wheel discs with hydroboost like the 1 ton Chev P/U used but the MC had equal sized resevoirs. I have used the P/U MC on M37's but have not tried on the WC. I have discs on front of the M37 though.
