I used a simple fingered puller on my slide hammer to get the seal out. Both bushings loose and basically fell out. The bushing in the spindle came out with a couple of taps of a hammer on on bearing race remover. Both the new bushing and seal drove in with little difficulty. I was a little worried that the new bushings might be loose since the old ones fell out. No problem the new ones were nice and tight.
