Any Willys Panel truck is rare more so if it's a 4x4.
My friend has a 1953 Willys Sedan
Delivery with ambulance type doors. They made about 500 of all panel types 2x4 and 4x4 in 1953. They made panel trucks most years but few in number. Good luck Bill
