Ebay is a strange place. I just paid $0.99 for an original grocery store receipt, written out by my great-great-grandfather, Caleb Havelock Dawson, who was the owner of the store.

Some guy in PA had it. I was the only one bidding. There is already a photo of the old guy in the store, which is now a coffee shop. Now the owners will have the bill-head to hang next to him.

His grand-daughter, my grand-mother, was born upstairs over the shop.
