That time of year Arches and Canyonlands may still be pretty cold, but I would not let that deter you. Usually the weather is real nice by that time of year as you know from the Jeep Safari. If you want to go into Zion you should be fine. Zion is much further south and is usually quite a bit warmer. If you want to try and hike the narrows this is not the time of year. They wont let you into the narrows because of all the runoff, and the water is cold. Bryce canyon would most likely still be real cold and snowy. Bryce is at a higher elevation so it tends to stay colder longer. If you are doing a road trip I would suggest going to Capital Reef and then driving from Capital Reef to Bryce and then onto Zion via hells backbone. There is no more scenic drive in Utah.
