Transfer case seal leaks?

After searching the archives and reading the various failures and successes. I must ask ,has anyone replaced the seals in their transfer case and have driven their truck enough to have leaks or not have leaks . It seems that the lubricant may have a effect on seal leakage it was stated in some posts that synthetic oils tend to leak a bit more.Is this really true? Please post your results.State lubricant , seal manufacturer and type of material the seal lip is.
