Windshield and back glass should always be 0.30 laminate saftey glass. You can use this on the door glass too but you will see the laminate line on the top edge when you roll it down. To avoid this have them make it out of tempered glass which will be more expensive if you go that route. Either way you need a pattern from which to start as Tom mentioned.
