1. All VF 4 x 4 trucks had the two speed transfer case.
2. VF 4 x 4 chassis / cab and front end metal is quite common and not particularly valuable, typically moving on e-pay for $1000 or less.
3. VF 4 x 4 units with the CORRECT bed, dump bed, or winch front are definitely worth having.
If I had a pile of this stuff I'd seriously consider keeping it till it was worth something - definitely a grower for the future unless someone offers $$$ - but at the minute not likely to be that much.
