But I will call you on that answer, sounds fishey to me maybe grasping at straws. Look at the tool and can you show me the 1/4 inch pattern on it to do the Honeycomb Core with? Are you saying you dig this into the core and try to straiten folded over fins? This is made for strait fined cores. It is also used to straiten them into a regular pattern after you have unfolded the bends. Don't read into it something it was not designed to do. Your Quote "NEVER use needle nose pliers on the fins! Or a cold chisel for that matter!!!They make radiator "combs" for putting the fins back in place as good as new....
MN" Now you knew I was talking about a honeycomb radiator that was pretty clear in the listing. I did pervide a tecnical artical out of Mopar Muscle Magazine later on doing these repairs and they used neadle nose pliers to bend up the fins to get the comb thru the fins on newer style cores. I could have probley just dropped it but it was the way you corrected me for some reason and I wanted you to back it up with some type of information other than you just correcting me. Is that a lot to ask? You made the post I was wrong not me. I backed up what I said in the listing. Real simple and not tring to start a fight. Mark H.
