No I did not sand blast it all I did was wash the radiator off and wire brushed a few spots on the heater bottom part. That pitted look on the heater is the Hammer Tone Finish in the paint like the origial paint was done for a irregular look to the finish. My sand blasting equiptment went with the other tender the guy paid extra for it to not remove the pressure washer. This is the fin damage I added 2 pictures of it even tho it is hard to see. Mark H.
