You might run a risk of blowing something up using the spray. If one glow plug is still working it will ignite the the spray and cause problems.


My old 6.2 GMC wouldnt start in July without its glow plugs. It ended up being the controller that went out of it and it was expensive and that was 13 years ago. Replacing the glow plugs will also help as they can burn out as well. I had new injectors and plugs and pump put in it and it made a world of difference in how it ran but it was still a POS.
