To own one (well actually 3 or 4) is to love one. Needing parts yourself and the unavailability of some parts, leads to having them reproduced. I have visited with Ray Suiter and others and many are "one man operations". It has been very interesting working with other suppliers. Like you said, many reproduction and custom parts are out there. I don't mind diving into a project, I just don't want to reinvent the wheel, if the wheel has already been invented. I am a hobbist, as we work on these things, we all kind of "live and learn". It is great to draw upon each others expertise. I have personally sought out and meet the likes of Dana Collins, Don Michealsky, Russ Morgan, Neal Harris, and Alan Bowes. Great people, and I feel humbled by some of their knowledge.
