I bought an existing brick and steel farm building. One thing you might want to consider is that you can run out of floor space very quickly buying Dodges and bits thereof, so consider having a roof section that you can floor to put all the spares in. I floored about 1/4 of my 1500 sq ft garage space with light duty stuff, but putting all the spare panels and the like up there freed up space for another couple of 'bargain' trucks.
