I agree with Mike, but you should consider what might happen to the structure in the future. If you are going to build a bigger building and use this as office space, then you might consider going with what you have planned. If you know you will be there for the next 25 years, just breaking knuckles, then go with the pole construction. Cheap, easy, durable.
